WHAT I LOOK FOR
WHAT PEOPLE SAY
"We knew something wasn't right with our product but couldn't pinpoint what. Within two weeks we had a clear picture of where users were dropping off and a plan to fix it."

Alex M
Product Lead
"We were spending more time explaining the product to users than improving it. The audit gave us a much clearer flow and our support requests dropped almost immediately."

Sam R
Co-founder
"No fluff, no unnecessary redesign. Just a clear, honest look at what was and wasn't working. It gave us the confidence to prioritise the right changes and move forward without second-guessing."

What I Do?
UX insight that helps teams improve clarity, remove obstacles, and make better product decisions.
Most products don't fail because the idea is wrong. They struggle because the experience doesn't guide users the way it needs to. I help teams identify where that's happening and what to do about it. Every service is designed to give you a clearer picture of how your product is actually performing, and a practical path forward.
Where to focus your energy
A clear plan of what to tackle first, what can wait and what you can probably cut altogether.
Walking in your users shoes
Looking at how people are actually moving through your product, where they're getting lost and where their expectations aren't being met.
How Does Your product actually feel to use
Are your users feeling confident or confused? This looks at the emotional experience of using your product, not just the mechanics of it.
ABOUT ME
I've spent over twenty years working across brand, digital and product design, embedded in teams and working with some big names along the way - Boots, BMW, AVON, RS Group, the Department of Education and more. That background means I understand how products are built, how teams operate and where things tend to go wrong. Now I work independently, helping founders and small teams get a clear picture of what their product actually needs to move forward.

A medical SaaS founder came to me with a product that was live but going nowhere fast. Every new customer had to be onboarded personally by the founder through extensive calls and end-to-end training. The team were spending more time explaining the product than improving it, and it just wasn't scalable.
We worked through the full user journey together, mapped out where people were getting lost and built a strategy that made the whole thing make sense. The result? They went from 100 subscribers to onboarding 800 new users, all self-onboarding with no manual intervention needed. They've also since secured additional funding to continue building out the product.
That's what happens when your product works the way it should.

Is this right for my product?
If your product is live and people are using it but something isn't working the way it should, then yes. If you're still building or validating your idea, the Product Health Check is a good place to start.
Do you make design changes as part of this?
The Product Health Check and Full Product Review are focused on finding what's wrong and what to do about it. Actual design changes and concepts are part of the Product Clarity Sprint.
What do you need from me to get started?
Access to your product, any data or analytics you have and a quick overview of what you're trying to achieve. Don't worry if you don't have much data, we can work with what you've got.
What happens after we've finished?
You'll have a clear picture of what to fix and where to focus. Some people take that away and action it themselves, others come back for more support. Either way you'll know exactly what to do next.
Do you work with early stage products?
If your product is still being built, the Product Health Check is a great starting point to make sure you're heading in the right direction before you go too far down the wrong path.
